ABOUT OUR POSTAL CHARGES and METHODS OF POSTAGE
We use Australia Post satchels. We offer Standard in small/medium/large/extra large; Express in small/medium/large/extra large. The prices are in line with what you would pay at an Auspost retail outlet.

We post internationally from Sydney, Australia. Please ask for a postage quote and we will get back to you! Happy shopping.
Returns & exchanges
REFUNDS
Patchwork on Pittwater will only offer a refund if there is a fault or other major problem with the product. Patchwork on Pittwater does not offer refunds on products where customer has changed their mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, decided they did not like the purchase or had no use for it. We cannot offer a refund on already cut fabric.
FAQs
We endeavour to process all orders within 3 working days. Orders placed during a sale or promotional period may take up to 5 working days to be processed. If your order is time sensitive please email robyn@quilts.net.au
and we will do our best to rush it through. For delivery times see the Shipping page.
Returns can only be processed if there is a fault with the goods. Please contact us if there is a fault and we will guide you in the best way to return the product. Please Note: Cut fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind.
We can arrange tracking with Australia Post and provide you with the tracking number.

We have good relationships with our stockists usually when we are running low we place a reorder so in most cases your order would only be slightly delayed.
We ship the products out of Mona Vale Post Office, Mona Vale, NSW 2103.
Yes. We use the PayPal Gateway for this. You do not have to have a PayPal account to utilise it. Please select the PayPal payment button and when it asks you to enter your email for PayPal, please scroll further down, under the PayPal login it says “Pay With Card”. Please select this.
We endeavour to ship your order on the same day we receive it. During sale times or busy periods in our shop it may take a little while longer. We will contact you if there is a problem or we are out of stock of any items you have ordered.
We have a large online “Sale Fabric” selection. The minimum cut in the sale section is 50cm. If you need larger amounts of fabric, i.e. for a backing, PLEASE SELECT THE AMOUNT YOU WANT AND TYPE “ALL OR NOTHING” IN THE COMMENTS SECTION WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. If you are happy to have whatever we have left, you can also let us know if that is the case in the comments section.
