ABOUT OUR POSTAL CHARGES and METHODS OF POSTAGE

We use Australia Post pre-paid satchels. We offer Regular (red) in small/medium/large/extra large; Express (yellow) in small/medium/large/extra large. The prices are in line with what Auspost charges in their retail shops for a single bag.
Our website sometimes overcharges you for postage due to metreage ordered. We ALWAYS REFUND you for any postage overcharged via PayPal.

We post internationally from Sydney, Australia. Please ask for a postage quote and we will get back to you! Happy shopping.

Returns & exchanges

REFUNDS

Patchwork on Pittwater will only offer a refund if there is a fault or other major problem with the product.  Patchwork on Pittwater does not offer refunds on products where customer has changed his/her mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, decided he/she did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

EXCHANGE

Patchwork on Pittwater will offer an exchange of goods if the purchased products are returned within 14 days with proof of purchase receipt.  

Purchased products must be unused/unworn and have all original packaging.  If customer is unable to select another product of same value as original purchase, a gift voucher of the same amount will be given in its place.  PLEASE NOTE that all return postage costs and re delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SALE ITEMS

Patchwork on Pittwater does not offer exchanges on Sale Items.

FAQs

We endeavour to process all orders within 3 working days. Orders placed during a sale or promotional period may take up to 5 working days to be processed. If your order is time sensitive please email robyn@quilts.net.au
and we will do our best to rush it through. For delivery times see the Shipping page.

Returns can only be processed if there is a fault with the goods.  Please contact us if there is a fault and we will guide you in the best way to return the product.

We can arrange tracking with Australia Post and provide you with the tracking number.

We have good relationships with our stockists usually when we are running low we place a reorder so in most cases your order would only be slightly delayed.

We ship the products out of Mona Vale Post Office, Mona Vale, NSW 2103.
